Most of our products are delivered within 2-7 working days if ordered before 12 noon the previous working day.
This is if stock levels permit and is not a guarantee! If an item is out of stock you will be notified via email with an expected delivery date. Out of stock items are usually back in stock within 7-14 working days. On rare occasions where an item has been discontinued you will be notified and a refund will be processed asap.
Berg Trampolines are shipped direct from Holland and take between 10-14 working days.
Larger heavy items that require a pallet delivery (e.g Lawmowers ) usually take 3 - 4 working days.
Rolly and Berg Items under €100 - €9.00
Rolly and Berg items over €100 include Free Delivery. (Excluding Trampolines)
Berg Trampolines- Pallet Charge €65
Lawnmowers 20-49kg - €29 to €39
Lawnmowers 50kg+ - €49
All other items over €100 include Free Delivery, otherwise a €9.00 charge applies.
All our transactions are processed through PayPal or Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account and can purchase with all major credit cards.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us at info@hanlysgardenmachinery.ie or through the contact form on this website. Items will be returned free of charge.
If, for any other reason, you wish to return an item, this can be done at your own cost and returned to
